C1 Short-term staff training

This is the first meeting with the teachers of the project who have active roles in our partnership and in art-activity groups. 

  • In this meetings we will have three days seminars with our teachers, about increasing the numbers of voluntary participation to art-group activities among pupils.
  •  Our partner school teachers will learn how are the activities of the pupils of Turkish, coordinator school's students going on. They will have meetings and watch art-activity performance shows from Turkish coordinator school's pupils. 
  • They will have opportunity to observe and assess on which basis the artgroup activities should be constructed in a detailed manner. All the participants will also obtain/gain more information about how to motivate their pupils within art-groups, how to support their willingness to active participation and encouraging them to participating in art workshops and artistic activities.
  •  Our teachers will learn the main principles of participatory, active students behaviours, relationship between the arts and willingness to participation and effects of these developments in schools for the formation and guarantee of future of European, conscious citizenship rules.
  •  They will have a seminar about the digital demoratic elections and how the internet sphere may become an area for democratic elections and how can we use this area for supporting the election of the best performances in our schools. We will learn in that seminar how we will upload the art-activities of our students to the website and how will we select the best performances from all the categories pre-determined, in the school sphere and in our web-based voting system.
  • The teachers will decide main principles of organizing their own pupils according to their competences and interest to relevant arts and relevant
    school subjects. They will evaluate the roles of arts-based workgroups in preventing ESL and loss of motivation to the lessons and school
    environment. They will also prepare the division of tasks and duties of all the partner participants in details and they will plan the future activities of
    participatory arts-based social workgroups of their pupils.
  • We will decide details of how to direct and organize our artistic work-groups consisting of our pupils, in the folowing two days. The decisions and plannings of the main cornerstones of next phases of our project will be the main goals of our meetings.
